EXERCISES OFFERED


The main goal of exercise is to restore correct body posture by stretching and strengthening our muscles.  When we achieve a better posture we allow our bodies to rid itself of aches and pains.  Continued tightness holds the body in mis-alignment.

We offer several types of exercise at Brady Chiropractic Group, PC.  Cervical ball exercises are done by rolling the ball on a wall using your head. This allows you to restore and improve range of motion as well as flexibility.  This exercise also stretches the muscles of the cervical region to help decrease scar tissue.

We also use therapy balls available in various sizes depending on the height of the patient.  As with the cervical ball, the therapy ball also restores range of motion and improves flexibility.  It also helps to greatly improve balance, stretch and strengthen our muscles.

The last of exercise equipment is the theraciser.  The theraciser simply helps to strengthen all areas of the body using resistance.  Resistance exercises increase the rate in which muscles regain their strength.  The theraciser can be used for neck, shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, ankle and wrist exercises.

All of our exercises are offered with instruction from our Massage Therapist or staff person.
