There are lots of things you can do to keep your body - especially your
back - healthy.
- Walk
15-30 minutes every day
- Add one fruit or vegetable to every
meal
- Take at least 15 minutes each day to pray, meditate,
or work on positive mental imaging
- Get chiropractic adjustments
regularly
- Get good sleep. Avoid caffeine after 1PM,
and do not watch television for the last hour before you go to bed
