There are lots of things you can do to keep your body - especially your back - healthy.
  1. Walk 15-30 minutes every day
  2. Add one fruit or vegetable to every meal
  3. Take at least 15 minutes each day to pray, meditate, or work on positive mental imaging
  4. Get chiropractic adjustments regularly
  5. Get good sleep.  Avoid caffeine after 1PM, and do not watch television for the last hour before you go to bed
